Technically Legal

Technology and the law. Done right.

Q: Will you answer my specific legal question?
A: No. We do not give legal advice or represent clients.  If you suggest a general topic for discussion, we’ll try to talk about that topic.

Q: What’s your policy on commenting on your blog?
A: We won’t permit spam or anything inflammatory that takes away from the debate or conversation. This is entirely within our judgment, but we do lean towards letting a comment stay rather than taking it down.

Q: Is anything you post or say to be taken as legal advice?
A: No, as is explained in the disclaimer, all content on our website or in the podcast is intended for informational purposes only.  We do not give legal advice.  Furthermore, what we say or write about may not be accurate.  Do not rely on it for any purpose.

Q: What if I want to use your content in some way?
A: All content created by us on this site is licensed under the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA license. If you want to make use of our content outside of that license, shoot any of us an e-mail.

Q: You guys rock, can you come on my podcast when I talk about legal stuff?
A: As long as it works with one of our schedules, we’d be happy to. Again, Shoot one of us an e-mail.
