DOJ to Investigate Silicon Valley June 4, 2009
Good Morning Silicon Valley says that the Department of Justice may be investigating Silicon Valley firms for a no poaching pact. The pact allegedly involves firms agreeing not to headhunt each other’s employees, which may constitute a violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act.
